New Bubble Bag!

I bought this pink glitter bubble bag from The Cobra Shop and I'm so thrilled by it. The bag is so 90s and obviously I owned a few of these as a child. I don't actually know where I will wear this, probably only to university but I'm thrilled to just own one in good condition, they don't make many of these anymore.
The pieces that The Cobra Shop sell are really quirky and eccentric, reminding me of the colourful array of care-free fashion I looked up to in the 90s. The delivery was quick and came with some cool badges and textured stickers too. Definitely shopping there again.

Melbourne Winters

~First Outfit Post~ I decided I would try a maxi skirt whilst I was in Melbourne. I've never actually gone for a maxi skirt before, believing that I'm too short to actually pull it off but I decided to give it a go.

Lana Del Rey for H&M Autumn

First images of the H&M autumn campaign featuring singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey were revealed Monday. Seductive eyes, teased hair and 60s vibe bring the singer's personality to life while the soft contrast between the grey backdrop and the pastel creations of H&M emphasize the pieces themselves. I am although somewhat reminded of Christopher Kane Resort 2013 Summer/Spring collection. Is this a sign that matching pastel jumpers and trousers with contrasting textures are in this season?

There is an extraordinary difference between simply existing and actually living your life to the full degree. Living includes failing at times or taking chances but in the end it's a learning experience and contributes to the larger picture - the dream, the goal, accomplishments. Failing at something doesn't mean you need to stop. Looking silly, feeling stupid, losing, not seeing progression doesn't mean stop. You need to keep going, keep learning, keep believing in yourself and you will achieve things and live your life to the full extent. Failing at something doesn't mean you need to stop. It's an element of life that lets you learn and motivates you to push further. 

Melbourne Haul

I was in Melbourne for the past week just for a little holiday treat during the uni break and of course I saved up my money so I could go on a massive shopping spree while I was down there. Here is some of what I got:

Pulp Kitchen Clueless shirt. Apparently I'm a little obsessed with Dangerfield products and the Pulp Kitchen brand.

I did go rather crazy at the two-story Dangerfield though overall I got heaps of pieces for great prices. Melbourne was definitely a great place to shop; from Melbourne Central to Chapel street with all the cute little independents along the way it was a breath of fresh air to shop somewhere new and exciting.
