Pastels have definately taken over in recent trends and a personal favourite of mine is pastel florals. 

Pastels are beneficial in themselves, allowing combinations with other colours that wouldn’t normally occur at their full vibrancy. Similarly, we wouldn’t normally wear vibrant flowers, florals or other flora-inspired accessories unless we were on a hot beach in the summer period. Pastel florals really offer a fresh alternative to be worn during the cooler months without seeming out of place.  

Style the above pastel headpiece with metallic eye-makeup, sharp blazers, leather, Jeffrey Campbell Litas, eccentric jewellery, coloured lipstick, bulky watches. Combine soft greens with lavender pink, sky blue with pale pink whilst still looking sophisticated and still having a hint of colour.
